We will also record your date of birth and telephone number(s) if choose you to volunteer this information.  If you are ordering gift vouchers, we will take your first name and surname, or the name of your company, your address (street, city, postcode); optional information in this case includes your VAT registration number, your date of birth and your telephone number. If you order gift vouchers, we will also take details about the contents of your shopping basket (number, vouchers, value, price, total) as well as your payment details (if you are paying by credit card, this will be your credit card number, name of the card holder, the security number if applicable and the valid from and valid to dates).

These details will be collected, saved and used only for the purposes stated below, and only where it is necessary to collect save and use the details for these purposes:
So that we can accept and execute/process gift voucher orders,
So that we can send newsletters by e-mail from designer outlets OCI Wolfburg GmbH,
So that we can send advertising from designer outlets OCI Wolfburg GmbH by post.
We will collect, save, process and/or use data only in accordance with the applicable data protection stipulations.

Will we pass your details on to third parties?

In principle, your details will be used only within our organisation.

- B+S Card Service GmbH (credit card acceptance for online shop vouchers),

- Agnitas AG (despatch of e-mail newsletters, order data processing)

- ABRESCH plus Werbeagentur GmbH (to prepare e-mail and postal mailings, order data processing)

- Avatos e.Solutions (technical support)

- 1&1 Internet AG (online shop vouchers)

Personal data will be passed to public bodies and authorities in so far as we are legally obliged to do so.

Use of Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo or the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”.
